It’s also available on all four major US carriers for the first time. The price starts at $799. Here’s The Verge review of the Pixel 4 with Dieter Bohn.

  1. he gets what the pixel 4 is about better than most reviewers, even mkbhd whined about this losing the point of whom the phone is targetting and at whom this is aimed for, although it isn't available here in India i would have bought it if it launched, i have the pixel 3 xl and it's awesome and people with 9-5 jobs who prefer android, there's no better phone.

  2. This has been the most complimentary review of the pixel I’ve seen so far. Many others disagree on battery life, the inconsistent 90hz display (which if you want it on constantly you have to go into the dev menu) and the fact that the pixels face unlock isn’t secure.

  3. I don't know if that is a right word to use but I think this is the most 'mature' review of the Pixel 4XL of them all.

Thank you so much for not making a big fuzz about the things, that some other did, which actually doesn't make a huge diference when using a deviace.

  4. honestly it's not about who cares what. if Google is selling it at that price, it'd better has EVERYTHING done right, because at that price, people are looking at everything.

  5. Pixel 4 xl it's emberassing the pixel 4 a total joke. In terms of updates not alot to spend that kind of money.
I am an android guy but I end up swinging back to my iPhone 11 pro.
I just can't find to much love for it in the moment. I find the iphone swipe gestures way more advanced and work great.
Face Id is okish but fails at times.
Honestly can't recommend this really not feeling it. Perhaps the next update will smooth out all this issues.

  6. "I have seen people say they would prefer an in-screen fingerprint scanner, and I am saying Face Unlock is unequivocally better."

Verge continues to be wildly out of touch.
