Galaxy Watch Active 2: In-depth review

Samsung’s latest fitness-focused smartwatch improves on the original Watch Active, which was released just six months ago. I dive into what the Galaxy Watch Active 2 is like to wear when working out, tracking sleep and getting notifications from your phone. But the most intriguing feature is the built-in ECG, which goes head-to-head with the same feature in the Apple Watch Series 5.

  1. Don't get the 40mm we have the cellular version of it and the battery life is just bad, it only lasted us 4-5hrs on average use (workout, calls, data, Bluetooth, tracking, nfc). The 44mm would be the better choice if you want it to last for a day.

  2. why are the bezels so big. Samsung has beautiful looking phones but their watches always look like 2 year old designs out the box. whereas the apple watch has tiny bezels and looks much more modern. just silly that samsung wont fully commit to a premium looking watch.

  3. Samsung gets 3 1/2 stars for the Galaxy Active 2. If the Google Assistant or Siri were on it, I would give this watch not 5, but 6 stars. For me it's the one thing that would make this watch a great watch. Of course; that's just my opinion. Thank you so much for your work on this video. It really did help my decision to buy it.

  4. I only have one complaint and that's Bixby. Samsung should listen to the people. Either get rid of Bixby for good or do some serious update on it and leave that Bixby voice out, please!
